Terms of use

Version 2026-10-18. These terms apply to hodlflow: Scope, the HTTP API and the MCP server. hodlflow is run by Hansung Onchain Data Lab (“we”). By getting access you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

The beta

hodlflow is in beta. Features, coverage, limits and these terms may change, and the service may be paused or end. We will try to announce larger changes in the changelog.

Your account

• One account per person. Sign in with your own Google account.
• Do not share your account or your API keys. A key acts as you.
• Each account has a tier with daily limits. We set and change the limits; staying within them is part of fair use.
• We may limit, suspend or end any account at any time, in particular for use that breaks these terms or looks automated, shared or abusive. You can stop using hodlflow at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Acceptable use

Use hodlflow for lawful investigation, research, compliance and security work, and for tools that serve your own work.

Do not:

• resell, publish or hand on the data or the labels in bulk, or use hodlflow to build a copy of its dataset;
• go around the limits, for example with several accounts, shared keys or automated sign-ups;
• probe, overload or attack the service, or try to reach data or accounts that are not yours;
• use hodlflow to harass, expose or target private individuals, or in breach of sanctions or other laws.

Findings in your own reports, cases and publications are yours to share, as long as they are not a bulk copy of hodlflow data.

Your annotations

The personal labels, confidence, risk flags and notes you add in Scope are sent to us with the addresses they refer to, your account and the time of each change. Authorised operators may read them to investigate faults and abuse, and to review and improve the service and hodlflow’s labels. You let us use them for these purposes. We do not publish your annotations or show them to other users, and a label we publish is our own assessment. Personal labels change only the name displayed to you; they do not change hodlflow’s risk assessments or tracing stop conditions. See the privacy notice for how long we keep them.

Results and labels

Results come from public blockchain data and our processing of it. Labels are our own assessment and may be wrong, out of date or missing; a missing label proves nothing. Results are not legal, financial or investment advice. Check what matters before you act on it; you are responsible for your conclusions and for how you use them.

No warranty

hodlflow is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by errors in the data, by labels, or by the service being unavailable.

Changes

When these terms change, the version date above changes. Material changes are announced in the changelog; using hodlflow after a change means you accept the new version.
